My Story
I was introduced to the weights room in 2019 by someone competing in amateur bodybuilding shows. Soon I was hooked, and so I decided to hire a coach and started training consistently.
I went from battling bad habits and partying at the weekends to cooking wholesome meals, becoming stronger and more organised in all areas of life. My body transformed, but so did my mindset. Weightlifting played a huge part in developing my mental resilience and discipline.
I was never an athlete growing up; so I know what it's like to not feel strong; to feel anxious and insecure at the gym; to start from zero; to struggle with that first push-up… I have worked hard to overcome my own limiting beliefs and continue to push both physical and mental boundaries every day. In 2022, I decided to pursue a career in the fitness industry so I could share the skills and tools I picked up along the way and help others overcome their challenges. My intention is to do this with empathy, integrity and compassion.
Taking a holistic approach to your well-being will make the lifestyle you create more sustainable and enjoyable. I am a huge believer in the power of mindfulness, community and nature immersion. We are all alchemists of our own lives; and thus, 'Daily Elements Coaching' is made up of five elements representing five areas of your well-being. Fire - daily movement, Air - your mind, Earth - connection to nature, Water - reflection and going inward and Spirit - presence, mindfulness and community.
